Shipping

After the payment is confirmed, the order is considered confirmed. Please wait for the goods to be shipped.

In case the package needs to be returned to the sender due to customs or import tax issues, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return, customs tax, and any other applicable fees.


Reminder: Overseas transactions may be subject to import duties and other fees based on different regulations in various countries.


Please note that certain products may not be eligible for shipping or may face difficulties in clearing customs in specific regions. Before making a purchase, please ensure that the product can be delivered to the specified country.


It is important to select the correct country/region and provide accurate shipping address and recipient information. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided, the buyer will be responsible for any fees incurred.


Reminder: Overseas shipping may involve additional fees, and the refund processes across different countries can be complex. Therefore, we do not provide exchange services.


When selecting products, please ensure that the product color and size meet your expectations and requirements before making the purchase. By completing the order, the user agrees to these conditions.

Returns/Exchanges

The services provided by this platform are proxy services, which means that order cancellations and returns are not permitted once the order is confirmed.


Upon receiving the goods, please unpack them within 3 days. It is recommended to record the entire process of opening the box. If you discover any defects, damage, or shortage of accessories and need to apply for a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide supporting evidence such as an opening video. We will promptly arrange for the repair or replacement of the goods.


Exchange Notice: When confirming a product exchange, please ensure that the product is returned to its original state when received. This includes the main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, included documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.


If a product needs to be returned for repair, please package it properly using the original packaging. If the original packaging is lost, please use another cardboard box to wrap the product and avoid directly pasting paper or writing on the original packaging.
